Accounts and Access
You are responsible for your account security and for all activity under your account.
Coins and Paid Reading
Coins are used to unlock paid chapters, episodes, full works, and sometimes gifts. The exact coin price is shown before you confirm, and prices can vary by work and content length.
Refunds and Payment Issues
If you see a duplicate charge or a payment error, please contact official support. We will review the transaction and help restore the correct coin balance where applicable.
Coin purchases are generally non-refundable once completed, except as described in these Terms or required by applicable rules. If you delete your account, you may request a refund review for any unspent balance.
Access to Purchased Content
Content you buy stays linked to your account. If a title is later removed from the public catalog, you can still read the chapters, episodes, or works you already purchased. A dedicated Purchased Works area will be made available as soon as possible to make purchased content easier to access.
Content License and Usage
Baiheverse publishes licensed and authorized works. Please do not copy, redistribute, or commercially use content from the platform without permission.
Service Availability and Changes
We may update features, prices, or policies over time. If a material policy changes, we will update this page.
