Terms of Use

By visiting, creating an account, reading, unlocking content, buying coins, sending gifts, posting comments or reviews, or using any Baiheverse feature, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Some paid features may also have checkout, campaign, app-store, or support rules shown at the time you use them.

Baiheverse is a platform for licensed and authorized baihe / GL works, including novels, translations, manhua sections, audio, video, and related reader features.

For account, payment, content access, copyright, or safety questions, contact Baiheverse through the official support channels shown on the website or in your account. We may ask for your account email, payment reference, affected work, device, or screenshots so we can review the issue.

You are responsible for your account, password, login methods, and all activity under your account. Please keep your account details secure and tell support promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

You must be old enough to use online paid services in your location, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Until Baiheverse publishes a more specific age policy, users under 13 should not create an account, and users under the age of majority should use paid features only with appropriate permission.

We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts when needed to protect Baiheverse, readers, creators, rights holders, payment systems, or other users. Reasons may include fraud, scraping, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, account sharing abuse, spam, harassment, copyright violations, attempts to bypass paid access, or other policy violations.

If you delete your account, access to account-linked features may stop. Unspent coins, unlocked content, comments, reviews, follows, progress, and support history may be affected by the deletion flow and by legal, technical, or payment requirements. Contact support before deleting if you need a payment or balance review.

Coins are Baiheverse's in-platform reading and support currency. They may be used to unlock eligible paid chapters, manhua sections, audio or video episodes, full works, gifts, creator support, or other paid features shown in the product.

Coins may be purchased or granted through promotions, bonuses, rewards, coupons, campaigns, or support adjustments. Coins are not cash, not a bank deposit, not stored value outside Baiheverse, and not transferable, saleable, tradeable, withdrawable, or redeemable for money unless Baiheverse explicitly says so or applicable law requires it.

Before you confirm an unlock, purchase, or gift, Baiheverse will show the coin price or payment amount available in that flow. Prices may vary by work, chapter or episode length, content format, license terms, campaign, region, platform, or future pricing rules.

Unused purchased coins remain in your account unless these Terms, a promotion, a support resolution, account deletion, fraud review, platform limitation, or applicable law says otherwise. Bonus or promotional coins may have separate rules, including expiry, order of use, feature restrictions, refund limits, or campaign eligibility. If a promotion has its own terms, those terms apply to the bonus coins from that promotion.

Web, iOS, Android, and future platform purchases may not always behave the same way because payment processors and app stores have their own rules. If platform-specific coin balances, refunds, expiry, or access rules apply, Baiheverse should show or explain them in the relevant purchase or support flow.

Web payments are currently processed through Stripe. Baiheverse does not intentionally store your full card details on its own servers. Stripe, Apple, Google, banks, card networks, and other payment providers may process payment information under their own terms and privacy rules.

If you see a duplicate charge, failed top-up, missing coins, payment error, mistaken balance, or other checkout problem, contact official support with your account email, payment time, payment reference, and screenshots if available. We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, correct the coin balance, restore missing access, or explain the next step.

Paid unlocks, coin uses, and gift/support transactions are generally final once confirmed. Baiheverse may correct technical errors, duplicate charges, failed delivery, fraud, or other exceptional cases, and nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

If a payment was made through Apple, Google, or another app-store or mobile payment provider, refund requests may need to follow that provider's process. Baiheverse can still review account access or coin delivery issues where we have the information needed to do so.

Gifts and support features are ways to support works, creators, and Baiheverse's licensed publishing activity through the platform. The product will show the relevant price or coin amount before you confirm.

Baiheverse may share revenue with creators, rights holders, translators, artists, publishers, production partners, or other contributors according to private agreements. We should not treat a public gift label as a promise of a fixed payout percentage unless Baiheverse publishes that specific rule.

Gift and support transactions are generally final once confirmed, except for technical errors, payment errors, fraud review, support corrections, or legal requirements. Do not use gifts or support features for self-tipping abuse, payment cycling, chargeback abuse, manipulation, fraud, money movement, unofficial cash-out attempts, or harassment.

Account deletion is intended to be permanent. If you delete your account, you may lose access to account-linked purchases, reading history, comments, reviews, follows, notifications, wallet records, unspent coins, and support history.

If you have an unresolved payment issue, duplicate charge, failed top-up, or significant unused balance, contact support before deleting your account. Baiheverse may review unused purchased coin balances case by case where required by law, where a payment error occurred, or where our support policy allows it. Bonus or promotional coins are generally not refundable unless the promotion or applicable law says otherwise.

Unlocked content is linked to the Baiheverse account used to unlock it. Where technically and contractually possible, Baiheverse aims to keep already unlocked content available to that account even if the work is later removed from the public catalog.

Access may still be limited if required by law, rights-holder instruction, licensing change, safety issue, fraud or abuse review, account deletion, technical migration, platform shutdown, or circumstances outside Baiheverse's reasonable control. We will try to handle these cases carefully and communicate material access changes when practical.

Web downloads are not currently available. Offline or cached reading should only be relied on where a future Baiheverse mobile app or official product surface clearly offers it.

You may be able to submit comments, reviews, ratings, profile names, feedback, messages, reports, and other user content. You keep ownership of your own words, but you give Baiheverse a limited license to host, display, moderate, translate for service operation, store, back up, review, and use that content to operate, protect, support, improve, and promote Baiheverse.

Do not post content that is infringing, illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, abusive, sexually exploitative, spammy, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or designed to harm the platform or other users. Do not impersonate others, manipulate ratings, coordinate abuse, or use comments and reviews for commercial spam.

Baiheverse may hide, remove, edit display, restrict, report, or preserve user content, and may limit accounts, when needed for moderation, safety, support, legal compliance, rights-holder concerns, or service integrity. We do not take ownership of your user content simply because you post it on Baiheverse.

Works, translations, images, audio, video, platform design, interface text, logos, and other Baiheverse content are owned by Baiheverse or licensed from authors, creators, publishers, translators, artists, production partners, and other rights holders.

When you read or unlock content, you receive a limited, personal, non-commercial right to access that content through Baiheverse. You do not receive copyright ownership, redistribution rights, resale rights, or permission to train, scrape, extract, rehost, translate, adapt, or commercially reuse the content.

Do not copy, download, scrape, record, redistribute, reupload, mirror, sell, trade, machine-extract, remove access controls, bypass paid reading, share unlocked content outside Baiheverse, or use platform content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Baiheverse may add, change, pause, or remove features, coin packages, prices, bonuses, campaigns, coupons, newsletters, content formats, reader tools, community features, and catalog availability.

We will update this page and the Last updated date when we make material Terms changes. When practical, we will try to give notice for major changes that affect paid access, coin rules, or account-linked purchases.

Baiheverse is still growing. Some features described here may roll out gradually by region, device, account type, work, campaign, or platform.
