Is Baiheverse official / licensed?
Yes. Baiheverse publishes licensed and authorized baihe / GL works. We are not a pirate site. Your support helps us bring more officially licensed stories to readers.
How are coins used?
Coins let you unlock paid chapters, episodes, full works, and sometimes gifts. They are not tied to one title; unused coins stay in your account and can be used for other eligible paid works. You will always see the exact coin price before you confirm, so there are no surprise charges.
How much can I read with $5 or $10?
$5 gives you 500 coins, and $10 gives you 1,000 coins. How much that unlocks depends on the work: a novel chapter, manhua section, or audio episode may have different prices because the amount of content is different. You will always see the exact coin price before unlocking anything, and unused coins stay in your account for other eligible paid works.
Are payments secure?
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Baiheverse does not store your card details.
What if my coins do not arrive after payment?
If your coins do not appear after payment, contact support with your account email, payment time, and payment reference. We will help check the transaction.
What about mistaken or duplicate purchases?
If something looks wrong, please contact support. For duplicate payments or technical errors, we will check the transaction and help restore the correct coin balance where applicable. Refund eligibility follows our Terms of Use.
Will I keep access to content I have purchased?
Yes. Content you unlock stays linked to your account. If a title is later removed from the public catalog, you will still be able to read the chapters, episodes, or works you already purchased. We are also adding a dedicated Purchased Works area to make your unlocked content easier to find.
Can I download content for offline reading?
Not on the web right now. To protect licensed works, web downloads are not currently available. We are working toward cached or offline reading on mobile after the app is ready.
Can I use my purchases on another device?
Purchases are tied to your Baiheverse account. After logging in, you can access unlocked content on supported devices and browsers.
Do coins expire?
Coins do not expire and stay in your account unless otherwise stated.
What are bonus coins?
Bonus coins are extra coins added during certain promotions. They are not an extra charge.
