Is Baiheverse official / licensed?
Yes. Baiheverse publishes licensed and authorized baihe / GL works. We are not a pirate site. Paid reading supports the official release of Baiheverse works and helps us license, translate, and publish more GL/baihe stories.
How are coins used?
Coins let you unlock paid chapters, episodes, full works, and sometimes gifts. They are not tied to one title; unused coins stay in your account and can be used for other eligible paid works.
You will always see the exact coin price before you confirm, so there are no surprise charges.
How much can I read with $5 or $10?
$5 gives you 500 coins, and $10 gives you 1,000 coins. How much that unlocks depends on the work: a novel chapter, manhua section, or audio episode may have different prices because the amount of content is different.

Are payments secure?
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Baiheverse does not store your card details.
What if my coins do not arrive after payment?
If your coins do not appear after payment, contact support with your account email, payment time, and payment reference. We will help check the transaction.
What about mistaken or duplicate purchases?
If something looks wrong, please contact support with your account email, payment time, payment reference, and screenshots if available. For duplicate charges, failed top-ups, missing coins, or technical errors, we will check the transaction and help correct the balance or access where applicable.
Paid unlocks and gift/support transactions are generally final once confirmed. Refund eligibility follows our Terms of Use and any applicable payment provider or app-store process.
Will I keep access to content I have purchased?
Unlocked content stays linked to the Baiheverse account used to unlock it. Where technically and contractually possible, Baiheverse aims to keep already unlocked content available even if a title is later removed from the public catalog.
There can be exceptions, such as legal requirements, rights-holder instructions, licensing changes, account deletion, fraud or abuse review, or major technical changes. The formal rule is in the Terms of Use.
Can I download content for offline reading?
Not on the web right now. To protect licensed works, web downloads are not currently available. We are working toward cached or offline reading on mobile after the app is ready.
Can I use my purchases on another device?
Purchases are tied to your Baiheverse account. After logging in, you can access unlocked content on supported devices and browsers.
Do coins expire?
Purchased coins remain in your account unless a specific policy, support resolution, account deletion, fraud review, platform limitation, or legal requirement says otherwise.
Bonus or promotional coins may have separate rules, including expiry, order of use, or restrictions. Check the promotion terms when bonus coins are offered.
What are bonus coins?
Bonus coins are extra coins granted through certain promotions, rewards, campaigns, coupons, or support adjustments. They are not an extra charge.
Some bonus coins may have rules that differ from purchased coins, such as expiry, use order, eligible works, or refund limits. If a promotion has its own terms, those terms apply.
