How to delete your Baiheverse account

Quick summary

Account deletion is handled inside your profile settings. After you confirm, Baiheverse deletes your login account, anonymizes your profile, signs you out, and can optionally remove your public comments and reviews.

Delete your account on web

1. Sign in to the Baiheverse account you want to delete.
2. Open Account Settings, then switch to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the delete section and choose Delete Account.
4. In the confirmation dialog, decide whether to also delete your public comments and reviews.
5. Confirm the deletion request. If it succeeds, you are signed out and returned to the home page.

Delete your account on mobile

The mobile app should use the same profile-based flow as the web experience.

1. Sign in to the same Baiheverse account on your mobile device.
2. Open Account Settings and go to the Profile section.
3. Tap Delete Account in the profile area.
4. Choose whether your public comments and reviews should also be deleted.
5. Confirm the deletion request and wait for the app to sign you out.

What happens after deletion

• Your authentication account is deleted, and your current session is signed out.
• Your profile is anonymized. Display name becomes Deleted User, the handle is replaced, and avatar and bio are cleared.
• If you choose the extra cleanup option, your public comments are marked deleted and your reviews are deleted.
• Account-related progress, follows, notification data, email preferences, and similar lifecycle data are cleaned up as part of the deletion flow.

Before you delete

Account deletion is intended to be permanent. Make sure you are deleting the correct account and review anything you still want to keep before you confirm.
